This is an experiment for me. It is an apple-cinnamon oven puff pancake. Doesn't it look delicious? It will be even better when I flip it over, dust it with powdered sugar and then dip it in maple syrup (real, not that fake ms. b. crap!) ooooo...I can't wait to eat this!
